Eurofresh Team Boasts Marketing Excellence Trophy
Eurofresh Farms was founded in Pennsylvania in 1990 by Johan van den Berg and Wil van Heyningen, third generation Dutch greenhouse owners. In 1992, after exhaustive research to find the ideal location for producing greenhouse tomatoes, they moved their facilities to Willcox, Arizona. With abundant sunlight, idyllic climate and plentiful water supply, Willcox provides the ultimate environment for harvesting exceptional quality greenhouse products 365 days a year.
In 2002, we expanded our facilities into Snowflake, Arizona, increasing our operations to 318 acres of greenhouse facilities. This expansion allows us the capability to produce an unmatched, consistently high volume of premium tomatoes throughout each month of the year.
Eurofresh Farms utilizes advanced technologies with our computerized climate control systems. These sophisticated systems take the guess work out of the critical growing parameters, like temperature, humidity, light, irrigation, ventilation and carbon dioxide levels within the greenhouse. This highly-controlled environment- in conjunction with the ideal conditions in southern Arizona - allow us to grow garden fresh flavor everyday!
Eurofresh Farms is recognized as "America's Best Tasting Tomato" by the American Culinary Institute for more than 10 years. We offer a full line of premium quality, certified pesticide-free greenhouse tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers, and all of our products are backed by our garden fresh flavor guarantee.
